Everything you need to know.

Is Free really free, forever?

Yes. Free has no base fee, no time limit and no booking cap. You pay 6% of net, finalised bookings and nothing else. No credit card is needed to sign up.

What is the percentage charged on?

On the net value of a booking once it is finalised, i.e. past its cancellation deadline. A booking cancelled in time costs nothing; a no-show counts in full. All prices are net, plus VAT.

What can I sell on Free?

Trips and activities, apartments or a hotel room, a pass, a subscription on your own Stripe, items to pick up in person, digital items with a link you send yourself, or a gift card: up to 3 offers of one kind. Basic raises that to 10 offers of any kind and adds add-ons, more room types, pass tiers and gift cards, and subscription member perks.

How does the first free month work?

The first month of any paid tier has no base fee, once per operator. The percentage applies from the first booking.

Can I switch tier any time?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period: features you lose are locked but your data is kept, and bookings are never touched. Upgrade again and everything is back.

What if I only run a season?

Pause in the off-season for a small fee per whole calendar month (Basic 5 €, Pro 10 €, Business 20 €). While paused the widget takes no new bookings, but confirmed bookings still run.

Is there an annual price?

Yes: pay 10 months of the base fee up front and get 12. The percentage is unaffected.

What does Enterprise include?

Custom integrations, an SLA and contract pricing with 12-36 month terms, on request. Talk to us.
